Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Perform store management duties on shift in roster (7x24) as required;
  • Assist Store Inspector to perform the parts receiving;
  • Issue aircraft spare parts to maintenance for daily operations;
  • Control store environment in terms of temperature and humidity;
  • Manage the store racking area;
  • Perform stock taking periodically;
  • Carry out parts shelf life control;
  • Assist Engineer, Material Management to ensure the warehouse is compliance to HKCAD requirements;
  • Assist Engineer, Material Management to ensure the safety of the store;
  • Conduct the part package for shipment;
  • Ensure the accuracy of the record in inventory system;
  • Pre-load the parts for schedule maintenance as required;
  • Manage the racking of unserviceable part, quarantine parts, and observation parts;
  • Perform stock move among HKE’s different store;
  • Supervise the contracted store and ensure its services are up-to-standard;
  • Assist in other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Holder of Aircraft Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within logistics, procurement, warehouse and systems management with at least 6 months working experience in airlines/MRO store for aircraft parts handling;
  • Familiar with part package IATA ATA300 spec;
  • Holder of IATA DG license certificate is preferred;
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Strong communication;
  • Strong commercial acumen and stress resistance;
  • Willing to travel as required.
