The Supervisor provides direct support to the business unit management team in the aim of achieving the successful implementation, development and maintenance of all operational procedures, standards and goals. Responsibility also lies in maintaining the business operations. Through supervising and planning of individual shifts, participation, continuous development of employees and leadership while ensuring optimum quality service to customers at all times.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in assigned section under supervision.
- Manage and supervise the team for restaurant operation to ensure guest satisfaction.
- To visit guest table to ensure guest satisfaction and obtain comments.
- To have a full understanding of food and beverage service standards, product knowledge and management direction.
- Review manning level to ensure guest service to meet the business needs.
- To supervise the team performance and fully take charge during Manager’s absence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior to meet business needs.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
- Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to supervisors
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- 2 year working experience with minimum 1 year in Senior Attendant/ Waiter position
Education
- Secondary school certificate or equivalent professional training
Skills / Competencies
- Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis
- Ability to work on overtime when needed
- Ability to read and communicate in Cantonese / Mandarin / English
