Security Management

• To support Admin Lead during the Designing, Planning & implementation of  contemporary security system with respect to movement of people, material ,vehicles & timely reviewing all policies to ensure zero security incident at manufacturing plant.
• Working end to end with Site Admin Lead to develop and plan security programs including physical security, asset control, logistics security and support to site management and business unit.
• Perform investigations involving allegations falling within Corporate Security's responsibilities including burglary, theft , property and business abuse.
• Organizing and conducting security checks and ensuring implementation of loss prevention measures at site.
• Plan security arrangement during the special and high-risk events.
• Assist in emergency management and contingency planning.
• Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
• Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses, or violations of regulations, policies and procedures and report to the Plant SLTs as needed.

People Management

• Train subordinate security professionals or other organization members in security rules and procedures.
• Selection, Training and periodic review of performance of security agencies and its personnel.

Documentation & Legal compliance

• Review and evaluate security related reports, audits and to conduct follow-up investigations.
• Do Monthly Audit along with security agencies representative to submit security Dashboard.

Liasioning with local authorities & villagers

• Laisoning - coordinate with civil govt. authorities if required in the investigation involving company, employees or  visitors.
• Coordinating meetings with local villagers & village presidents to maintain amicable relations perpetually
• Practicing cultural levers to maintain amicable relations with nearby companies as well as local authorities under the preview of ethics & compliances

CSR initiatives

• Working along with CSR team & NGOs regarding CSR initiatives in near by villages.

On Going Project Support

Meeting with cross functional team along with Project vendors to mitigate hurdles coming to them during their work .
