Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support on all import processes including item set-up, PO, radiation check and monitor product information
• Handle and follow up shipment schedule, delivery status and sample request
• Co-ordinate with internal teams, suppliers and customers
• Conduct and analyses customer surveys, research market trends, and other relevant information that helps supervisor formulate and develop key marketing strategies and plans
• Handle database with massive data to provide accurate reports and analytical support
• Handle other ad-hoc duties/project as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant discipline
• With at least 2 years relevant working experience
• Knowledge of food/FMCG industry is an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication, statistical and analytical skills
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Immediate available preferred
