1. Lead MT TPE team and manage MT lab.                                                                                                                                               2. Chair Test Daily OPS meeting and drive the Shipment/Hold PB/Yield/LRR & Line Abnormal issue closure. Yield and test time management (top fail modes EFA/RCA/Solution, yield improvement and test time reduction)
3. Weekly product review Meeting with all stakeholders
4. Legacy products PHI indicators maintenance and update
5. TPE team projects and DOEs implementation

• Bachelor or above degree in Electronic Engineering, Communication, Physics, Material Science, etc.
• Good knowledge on CMOS and Electronic circuits.
• Understand C/C++/Java/PHP language is a plus
• Ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
