SUMMARY

The Supervisor, Warehouse is responsible for warehouse and inventory management for the MFE Plant.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for inventory accuracy and reporting
• Record daily figures to compile month-end reports
• Manage warehousing and transportation
• Recruit (with HR) new employees
• Set up processes and WI for warehouse
• Develop/Coach team and performs disciplinary actions
• Perform performance evaluations on a regular basis
• Ensure safe and efficient running of department
• Update records and reports on a regular basis
• Data analysis: Synthesize data and analyze trends to support supply chain manager

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years of experience in Warehousing management
• Certified forklift driver
• Knowledge of FIFO

EDUC ATION & SKILLS

• High School or above education
• Familiar with Microsoft Office soft and have ERP knowledge
• Computer skills
• Strong organizational &communicates skills
• Safety awareness and quality consciousness

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• General office and factory environment
• Maybe need business travel around Jiangxi and Guangzhou province and/or Hong Kong
