ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Approves reports and Dimensional Tests according to the requirements of the clients, internal and external, give tech supports as required Act as a business partner by planning, initiating, leading, measuring, monitoring and assessing continuous improvement programs and manufacturing process improvements by applying appropriate Eaton Business Systems (EBS) processes and problem-solving tools such as ELS (Eaton Lean System) and 5s. Participate in setting, communicating and achieving goals and objectives and develop and maintain performance metrics as required to monitor results and use those results as a tool to identify and initiate process improvements within own work area. participate in continuous improvement teams. Be involved in Implement, promote and maintain a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accident prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules. Monitor equipment and facility and initiate maintenance work orders as required, to ensure efficient, effective and safe working condition. Follow the technological advances in order to adopt the usage of new advance materials for rubber production and prepare projects accordingly. Knowledge on operation of Rubber Process Analyzer, Thermal Gravimetric Analyzer , Differential Scanning Calorimetry and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy testing equipment , Material Science knowledge and expertise along with experience in many types of fabrication, processing and testing. Work closely together with the sales and product managers and give technical support in order to develop innovative products and services for the customers. Manage all necessary laboratory resources as necessary by plant requirements Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: Kardex Chemistry , Materials and Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering (M.Sc. degree or Kardex). Years and area of experience required: 3 years min experience at least in a manufacturing environment automotive parts, Plastics and / or Electrical Area. Technical knowledge: Extensive technical knowledge in the areas of rubber manufacturing processes, quality control, materials, rubber testing, rubber applications: Basic knowledge of national and local safety and environmental standards, guidelines and policies such as ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ASME and 14.5 2009. English min 80%.
