Job Description
Lead SIOP process throughout Costa Rica plant and ensure alignment between market/customer demand, plant capacity, availability of finish goods and inventory levels. Manage, develop, and maintain the master demand schedule, master production schedule and material requírement planning trough the ERP system to ensure materials availability and on time delivery, Lead production planning team. #LI-AR7 Qualifications Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline Two years minimum experience in Planning / Two years minimum experience in Leadership positions Knowledge of MRP, CPIM / APICS, Lean, Six Sigma, Green Belt (Troubleshooting Tools) Bilingual Skills, English and Spanish Advanced knowledge of English Language Computer application and ERP skills (Oracle, Word, Excel and Power Point) Excellent relationship skills Negotiations skills Customer service oriented Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
