Job Description
Due to phenomenal growth of our Service and development of our new language version, we are seeking a Supervisor of Customer Service handle international online auction website:
Supervisor of Customer Service
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities at this position shall be:
• Delegating tasks in a team
• Monitoring the team’s performance
• Assisting the team by performing the tasks with them
• Helping with training and development
• Handling complaints (from both staff and customers)
• Reporting to senior management / personnel when required
• to respond and resolve Customer issues in an efficient and thorough manner
• to ensure that Customers enquiries are responded effectively
• to ensure our customers receive an outstanding service
• regular update of the service website in Chinese language
• support of a business by maintaing high standards of Customer support
We expect:
*fluent command of English
*Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
*polish will be an asset
• a skill to efficiently communicate via e-mail with Customers
• a good leadership skills
• a good knowledge of MS Office
• a knowledge of HTML will be a plus
