8. Continuous Improvement in shop floor

1. Bachelor degree and above in mechanical，hydraulics, mechatronics, Industry engineering etc.

2. Minimum 5 years working experience at manufacturing area.

3. Good knowledge of manufacturing technology.

4. Good knowledge of lean production.

5. Familiar with the MAEs and process of machining assembly and testing.

6. Good Leadership skills (directions navigator)

7. Systematic Methodological and structured working style; strong coaching skills

8. Ability to work in a complex business environment and international teams and structured communication skills. Strong communication skills dealing with different stakeholders and teams

9. Seasoned problem solver Creative systematic and pragmatic in problem solving

10. Initiative, active, open, teamwork spirit.

11. Good language skill, Fluent English speaking and efficient writing，German wished

12. Familiar with product of industrial hydraulic will be plus.
