The Supplier Diversity & Sustainability Program Analyst will be part of the Supply Chain Development, Inclusion and Sustainability team, The successful candidate will support the team's overall efforts to lead Citi's supply chain inclusion, development and sustainability efforts. This includes responsibilities associated with the implementation of internal and external production aspects of the Program.


  • Provide ongoing support for the implementation and maintenance of the Supplier Diversity Program including data collection and analysis for second tier
  • Engage with Analytics team to provided initial and quarterly spend/ revenue updates the per quarterly supplier outputs.
  • Collaborate with the NAM and Regional Supplier Management Champions to prepare applicable materials including scorecards associated with line of sight progress and identification of new opportunities..
  • Support of the Tier 1 supplier products and services via internal and external workshops and best practices sharing sessions
  • Collect and Validate Tier Two Reports for Supplier Diversity quarterly inputs
  • Work with Analytics to review D&B reporting and assess Tier 1 Small Business Spend and applicable categories/trends
  • Work with 3rd party organizations in support of capacity building and matchmaking exercises for diverse firms
  • Supports efforts to develop workshop content for third party organizations
  • Work with Champions and Business Activity Owners (BAOs) to coordinate quarterly business reviews with Suppliers and work to assist with assessment and feedback
  • Participate in quarterly review sessions with Champions
  • Manage any applicable Supplier Diversity/Sustainability email account and ensure timely responses
  • Support the four quadrants of emphasis within Citi Supplier diversity: Stakeholder engagement; Reporting; Education, Training and Development; and Policy and Governance
  • Coordinate quarterly Info Shares

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing and contract management in transnational companies, working with people based in other geographies
  • Contract and Vendor Management experience
  • Excellent personal communications skills. Able to speak, read and write English fluently
  • Demonstrated intermediate to excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of federal, state and local laws relative to Diversity and EPA statutes, regulation and guidelines
  • Background in Supply Chain Management with some experience in Diversity and Environmental Sciences preferred
  • Commercial awareness
  • Experience of working in an international context
  • Process improvement skills an advantage
  • Competency and success in Procurement Process
  • Demonstrated track record in negotiations and contracting
  • Previous experience in leading cross functional teams in complex activities that crossover departmental, geographic and business entity
  • Ability to interpret, and analyze and report statistical data

Education:

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
