We ambition to achieve millions $ Sales by 2025. We are opening a new role of "EMEA Supplier Base Manager". As a Supplier Base Manager Energy Transition and digital, you will: MAIN FUNCTIONS: Design, build and deploy the supplier base management strategy for the "Energy Transition, Digital and Services" division, in compliance with Eaton guidelines. In coordination with the corporate commodity manager, analyse current supplier base performance toward supply chain deliveries-, cost-out-, quality- targets and deploy the new suppliers base & strategy accordingly. Set up the performance management system, measure and set up corrective actions with suppliers and with the quality leader / commodity manager. Work with external and internal suppliers (mainly factories) on leaning the process, providing transparent SiOp and continuously improve. Prepare readiness of the suppliers to be audited in order to get external market- and internal Eaton- certifications.
