• The Global Sourcing of Equipment and Material organization contracts and sources tens of billions of dollars on behalf of Intel Corporation. The scope of the organization covers a wide-range of goods and services from direct materials and equipment.
• The organization's key goals are: 1) ensuring uninterrupted supply to our customers, 2) delivering product and manufacturing affordability through the best total cost and 3) enabling products and the supply ecosystem to deliver non-linear value to the corporation.
• The Global Sourcing of Equipment and Material organization (GSEM) manages all aspects of technology and services required from external partners to develop, manufacture, and deliver Intel's technology and products to Intel's customers. GSEM plays a critical role of managing Intel's relationships with the external semiconductor ecosystem and ensuring the best use of ecosystem offerings to maintain Intel's technology leadership, profitability, and success of our customers.
• The SPSC is a newly established team within GSEM to drive high quality and cost-effective spare parts solution for Intel. The team's mission is to enable the cost competitiveness of Intel TMG and preserve Intel gross margin. The SPSC Supplier Business Manager will follow the lead of Senior Manager of Supplier Business Management to
• Build and maintain strong partnership with parts supplier and represent Intel's "voice" at supplier site in Taiwan and China
• Ensure suppliers meet and exceed Intel's spare parts requirements in terms of engineering design, quality, on time delivery, cost, serviceability and IP protection
• Engage and negotiate with suppliers on material/tool delivery, prioritization, and expedites.
• Organize supplier technical review meetings and executive reviews.
• Partner with suppliers to drive continuous improvement in design, quality, availability, cost and sustainability
• Manage Intel internal stakeholders' needs in alignment with the supplier capabilities
• Support the headquarter team in sourcing and contracting initiatives
• Support the headquarter team in contract negotiation with supplier

Qualifications:

• You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in business or science or engineer
• Strong project/process management, business analysis, problem solving, and consensus building.
• 5+ year experience working in the semiconductor industry
• Knowledge of Fab manufacture and/or supply chain
• Proficient in verbal and written commination in English and Mandarin

Preferred qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in supplier management
• Understanding of spare parts supply chain (technical, commercial and operation)
