Duties and Responsibilities:

1.   Supplier quality improvement projects in general and specific for dedicated process, incl.

¨     Definition of assessment criteria

¨     Project setup, contracting and conduction

¨     Reporting to upper management

2.   Enable new supplier for automotive business in a systematic way

3.   Problem solving in a systematic way, in case of quality issue

4.   Process audit according to VDA 6.3 at suppliers 

II.   Experience /Qualifications:

1.   Bachelor degree of science, electronic engineering, or physics

2.   >3 years working experience in semiconductor industry

3.   Semiconductor manufacturing: assembly and testing

4.   Semiconductor device/ECU test concept

5.   Quality management standard & tools, statistical methods (e.g. PAT)

6.   Team player

7.   Fluently English language skill both written and spoken
