任职资格：

教育背景Educational background:

• 全日制电气、机械设计自动化相关专业本科毕业

  语言Language:

• CET-6相当，可以使用英语进行日常口语及书面交流

  工作经验Working Experience:

• 10年以上工作经验，制造业外企工作经验优先

  知识技能Knowledge/Skills:

• SAP knowledge would be an additional advantage

• Excellent English communication and listening skill for all levels origination

• Knowledge and proficient experience with Microsoft Office Systems, e.g. Excel, Word and Power Point.

• Familiar with LEAN knowledge ( Kanban, VSM, etc)

• Strong influencer, driven soled by data and facts

• Familiar with Engineering to Order (ETO) manufacturing environment

• Understanding of the ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001 Standards and effectively implement in daily job accordingly

• Familiar with IATF 16949 would be preferred

专业能力Functional/Professional Competency:

• At least 2-5 years Supplier Development / Project Management expertise within a multi-cultural/ multinational and multi-site environment

• Understanding of quality methodology and analytical techniques.

• Extensive project and procurement experience

• Strong desire to meet the goals and solve complex problems on time

• Experience on casting, sheet metal, machining
