We have started to deploy Coupa P2P system early in 2021. This implementation will continue also in 2022 reaching our AZ sites in UK, US, Sweden, Canada, The Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Japan and China. Having a high level of electronic integration with suppliers (cXML, CSP - Coupa Supplier Portal, SAN - Supplier Actionable Notification) along with maximum possible punchout catalogues built, will make the buying experience for the AZ users much simpler and more effective allowing our Operations team to reduce the manual intervention in the P2P process.

Key responsibilities:
Onboard new suppliers to electronic means of transacting in Coupa (Data gathering/ verification, Supplier record setup, CSP invite, training)
Identify suppliers suitable for integration for electronic ordering/invoicing channels and lead the integration activities
Act as a point of contact for cXML POs/invoices related issues, troubleshoot. Document transmission errors, escalate to Coupa Support Portal if required to resolve
Assess punchout/ cXML setup required capabilities on suppliers’ end
Set up punchout and cXML Suppliers in Test Coupa environment and test their functionalities
Move tested cXML integrations to Production
Deliver trainings and dedicated supplier`s events periodically
Own and maintain Supplier relevant Coupa documentation and training
Monitor and report Supplier Enablement KPI and suggest/lead improvement initiatives in alignment with Procurement and Finance Leads
Identify process gaps and actively work on process improvements
Assess impacts of Coupa Releases for suppliers and communicate changes if required
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 or 5 years of experience (depending on the role level) in working with purchasing ordering system like Coupa, Ariba, etc.
Strong knowledge of Procurement and P2P (purchase-to-pay) process
Demonstrated leadership skills: Influence, drive for results, effective planning / prioritization, (global) project management.
Strong analytical skills, assertive, proactive when investigating issues
Ability to think strategically, work independently and problem solve
High communication skills, confidence in presenting virtually to larger audience
Previous experience as a P2P trainer would be a plus
Excellent English; and at least one additional language at a very good level: Spanish, Swedish, German, French. Polish is not a must.
Basic cXML knowledge would be a plus
Ability to get along and cooperate with co-workers and suppliers
Previous experience in SSC or internationally setup organisation
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI skills would be an asset
