Eaton’s Global Financial Services & Systems team is currently seeking a Supplier Master Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our corporate headquarters in Beachwood, OH. Position Overview: This is a supplier master analyst role in Global Financial Services & Systems. The role supports global supplier setup and maintenance in Oracle and SAP, auditing of global supplier master records for Oracle, creation of process documents for global processes, special projects, SAP returned check processing, 1099-1042 statutory tax reporting, and unrecovered cash processing. This position is supporting an evolving global group of internal and external customers. In this role, you will: Supports global supplier setup and maintenance in Oracle and SAP. Performs audits of global supplier master records for Oracle. Creates process documents for global processes. Participates in supplier setup and maintenance special projects. Processes SAP returned checks. Prepares 1099-1042 statutory tax reporting for North America. Analyzes issues, troubleshoots problems and provides support for Oracle, SAP and bolt-on systems as needed. Supports the Financial Services and Systems customers who utilize the Finance Service catalog in various queues. Recognizes and implements process improvements and cost out initiatives for Financial Services and Systems. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: High school diploma from accredited institution Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business and/or Finance from accredited institution Financial shared services environment experience Financial accounting systems experience (SAP and Oracle) Position Success Criteria: Process improvement mindset Proven problem solving and communication skills in English, both oral and written Detail-oriented with effective organization and time management skills Must be highly motivated, highly analytical and a self-starter.
