Job Description

This position will process all requisitions for the corporation. Requisitions and Purchase Orders has required by materials needed for eSilicon worldwide. Approved PO’s will be sent to suppliers and posted and maintained on corporate shared drive. The PO Admin will also work on manufactory supplier price maintain based on EC# in NetSuite according to the Quote aligned with Sourcing manager and solve supplier invoice related issue interface with supplier, planning and finance team.

This position will also need to assist sourcing team on non-critical parts sourcing if needed.

Experience and Backgroumnd Qualifications Include:

• Advanced skills in communication in both English and Mandarin.
• Semiconductor background with a general understanding of Fab, Assembly, and Test manufacturing flows.
• Numerical orientation with attention to detail in both accuracy and format.
• Must be experienced in hands on usage of major ERP systems for order management, purchasing function.
• Ability to work closely with Planning, Finance and Engineering team.
• ERP experience and Fabless Semiconductor Planning experience is preferred.
