To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E As a Supplier Quality Analyst your primary role is supporting Eaton production plants with supplier Quality related processes (complaint management, cost recovery, problem solving, Other system support, PPAP, any quality related improvement). You will be supporting the Eaton EMEA manufacturing sites. Your main responsibilities: • Monitoring and follow up of open supplier quality issues focusing on Corrective action and minimalization of reoccurrence • Proactively drive supplier for implementation of corrective actions through standardized process (8D) within assigned time frame • Share Eaton processes through the Eaton plants, divisions, projects, and suppliers • Communicate and involve Category Managers in case of Focus Supplier Program, escalation, or based on not acceptable behaviour • Manage reporting of Recovery status for DMR fee and CONC (Cost of Non-Conformance) and highlight escalating issues • Deal with costumer claims connected to non-conform deliveries from Eaton suppliers • Checking it there are new supplier issues from the plant (through quality systems – Wisper, SAP, or other system) • Contacting suppliers and initiate root cause investigation (following 8D problem solving tool) • Held monthly/weekly teleconference with Eaton production plant to review progress and issues with supplier issues • If suppliers show low delivery performance – task will be to understand the reasons and drive for improvement • Actively supporting PPAP activities and focusing on process standardization within the EMEA region • Manages any system related issues • Improves the managed cases at plants (more involvement at dedicated sites) Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience • Fluency in English, any other European language knowledge is considered as an advantage (German/Spanish/French) • At least 1-2 years of experience in production/technical area (Machining, Plastic injection, Assembly, etc) • Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage to fill the role • Excellent user knowledge of Ms Office • Outstanding communications skills, flexible personality, open to changes and can prioritize in a highly efficient manner What we offer to you: • Competitive compensation and benefits package • Permanent contract in a fast-growing global company • Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team • Flexible working solutions (home office, remote, flexible working hours, part time etc.) are implemented across different EMEA locations • We make ethics and culture matter – You will enjoy working in supportive and collaborative workplace where ethics and safety are in our DNA • We make your perspectives matter - Different points of view are what drive innovation and collaboration, and at Eaton, innovation begins with top-to-bottom diversity.
