Function is an individual contributor and supporting Eaton production plants with supplier Quality related processes (complaint management, cost recovery, problem solving, Other system support, PPAP, any quality related improvement). Supporting the Eaton EMEA manufacturing sites. Your main duties: The Analyst is responsible of managing Quality issues towards External Suppliers and maintaining all cost related invoices linked to each complaints. Pushes supplier to keep deadlines regarding 8D and costs. Follow up each quality issues with supplier during the claim process. Maintaining Tracker files and follow up costs in the financial systems. Creating reports from financial perspectives focusing on exchange rates VAT rules, Region finance laws. Upload / process invoices into Financial systems cooperating with finance departments and teams Creating / maintaining Standard documentations link to the processes Covering Gaps between teams from process perspectives The Analyst will manage mostly the Finance processes in 60-70% at the beginning. Qualifications Are you? Required: 1-3 years of Quality knowledge (8D, FMEA, CP, Cpk, PPAP) or technical knowledge can be fresh graduate Fluent English is must Communicative Result driven Problem solving mindset Open to work in a challenging environment Enthusiastic Open to improve processes Persistent and nice to have: Have deeper Knowledge in Quality (Quality tools, PPAP) Has some financial experience Speaks German, or Spanish, or France, or more Then we want to hear about you!
