It involves active role in new part development, understanding part drags, tolerances and references, study of applicable standards and making the control plan. Creating solution of technical issues, development of new methodologies, procedures with their theoretical and/or practical know how and understanding. Knowledge of Metrology and Metallurgy lab equipment and their applications. Knowledge of micro section analysis in development of new raw materials preferable. Job demands focus on interpretation and application of procedures, analyze issues, implement changes, and may advise and guide operational positions in their area of specialism. Activity also involves inspection of parts inhouse or at supplier's premises, Participating in various discussion with CFT and with supplier's team, making MOM, making 8D reports and closing with proper actions, using various reporting from SAP take out the data and analyze and take proper actions. Entry-level academic Bachelor positions with 2-3 years experience, needed sound knowledge on principles, technologies and theories; ISO / EHS / IMS certifications in specific fields will be required.
