We are looking for: Supplier Quality Engineer
Main Functions:
• Plan and perform supplier visits and audits
a) Potential Analysis per VDA6.3
b) Support Supplier set evaluations
c) Process audits per VDA6.3
d) Process release
e)Performance Test
f) PFMEA review
g) Trouble-shooting
h) Maturity level verification visits
i) Technical supplier audits
j) Support Logistics audits
k) Follow up visits
• Supplier management and follow-up activities
a) PPAR and sampling activities
b) Telephone conferences and e-mails
c) Follow up action plan completion
d) Monitor supplier fullfilment to MDS and MB requirements
e) Tracking of project status with supplier
f) Report part readiness for launch to management team
g) Provide Lessons Learned from current running series to improve future projects

a) Continuous improvement projects
b) Information databases & improvement of efficiency of frequent activities
• Communication and proper flow of information with all related individuals
a) Telephone conferences and e-mails

Qualifications:
Training: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Master Degree preferred
Experience: Desired experience: Minimum of 5 years in quality/engineering activities in the automotive industry (or comparable) out of which at least 3 years were spent with supplier management/development activities, performing supplier audits, or process quality/engineering International experience preferred
Specific knowledge: Planning and realization of supplier audits
Quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO9001, VDA6.3)
AIAG Core Tools (APQP/PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC)
Additional Quality tools such as Control Plan, problem solving, etc.
Manufacturing process knowledge (for interior, exterior, electric/electronic, chassis, or BiW related processes)
Competencies: Willingness to travel
