Bosch Rexroth (Changzhou) Co. • Work with APAC team and work out annual supplier audit plan与亚太团队合作，制定年度供应商审核计划

• Lead and perform supplier system/process audit regulaly to mitigate the quality risk in supply chain. 定期领导和执行供应商系统/流程审核，以降低供应链中的质量风险

• Prepare the audit report, communicate with correlative SQE and suppliers for improvement. 准备审核报告，与相关SQE和供应商沟通改进。

• Monitor and verify the effectiveness of the improvement. 监控和验证改进的有效性。

• Conduct regular review with suppliers for improvement 定期对供应商审核和改善状态进行沟通交流

• Meet and communicate with internal quality team for the supplier audit result and progress与内部质量团队会面并沟通供应商审核结果和进度

• New supplier qualification audit新供应商资格审核

• FMEA review and improvement with suppliers与供应商一起进行 FMEA 审查和改进

• Bachelor degree or above on Material, machining or Engineering relevant. 大学本科或以上，材料，机加工或工程相关专业。
• Min. 4-5 years working experiences in ISO or IATF16949 manufacturing company, in quality field or SQE experiences preferred.最少4-5年在机械制造业的工作经验，有质保或供应商质量工程师工作经验尤佳。
• Good knowledge and experience in supplier audit VDA6.3 experiences熟练掌握供应商审核。
• Open minded, good problem-solving skills especially when facing problems with suppliers, 具备在跨文化背景和矩阵组织架构下协调和解决问题的能力。
• Strong English communication skills, good team player and networker 良好的英语沟通能力，团队合作能力。
• Good knowledge of hydraulic parts and domestic suppliers will be a plus 优先考虑熟悉液压零件及国内供应商者
• Willingness to travel/ 能够适应长时间出差
