Bosch Rexroth (Changzhou) Co. 1. Responsible for supplier assessment and quality development in China-wide with commodities, including Machining and metal surface treatment. 负责中国区精密机加工和表面处理的供应商评审、质量改善和发展。
2. Perform the preventive quality management to ensure the supplier qualities. 执行预防性供应商质量管理。
3. Work as expert for machining and surface treatment field for problem solving. 作为机加工和表面处理的技术专家来解决供应商质量问题。
4. Implement the supplier Audit. 执行供应商审核。
5. Ensure supplier Enabling &development. 确保供应商的能力提升和发展。
6. Early involvement in Projects to identify risk and define measures. 为了识别风险和定义控制方案，早期参与项目管理。
7. Advance supplier Quality Planning by using Q methodology e.g. PFMEA, Control plan. 通过质量方法提升供应商质量计划。
8. Join (pre)sourcing meeting to support the projects development. 参与并支持项目战略采购会议。
9. Leading critical problem solving in projects & after SOP.负责项目开发及量产后， 领导关键问题的解决。
10. Ensure process Know-how of machining and surface treatment field, perform the key process monitor.执行关键工艺的监控，确认机械加工和表面处理的专业技术控制。
11. Supplier/process audit for new & series production (VDA6.3, ISO9001).Input and follow up supplier issues and  improvement.执行新供应商及量产供应商的审核，并且跟踪执行问题改进。
12. Define Q targets e.g. IPM, PPM and drive systematically improvement. 定义质量目标并且系统性地改善。
13. Drive the supplier development activities e.g. efficient, shop floor management. 推进供应商改善活动，效率提升和现场管理。
14. Ensure the Safe Launch Project. 确保供应商爬坡计划的顺利完成。

Bachelor’s degree or above on material, machining or engineering relevant. 大学本科或以上，材料，机加工或工程相关专业。

At least 3 years technical work experiences in mechanical machining manufacture, surface treatment field. Relevant skill and training certificate available. Machining and surface treatment experience is “MUST”, heat treatment is Plus.  至少3年以上在机械加工领域和表面处理相关经验。具有相应技能证书。机械加工和表面处理是必须要有的经验, 同时有热处理经验者可以优先考虑。

At least 5 years for supplier quality management至少5年供应商质量管理经验。

Familiar with inspection method (CMM, roundness meter, profile meter, roughness meter, general inspection tools). .熟悉测量方法。(三座标，圆度仪，轮廓度仪，粗糙度仪，通用量具)

Process Auditor – related to supplier development. 与供应商发展相关的过程审核

Familiars Knowledge IATF16949 & VDA6.3 and quality tools.熟悉相应的质量工具。

Knowledge of Q-Methods, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D and ISO 9001 / 熟悉质量管理方法，APQP，PPAP，FMEA，SPC，MSA，8D，和ISO9001。

Excellent English (written and oral) .熟练的英语书写及口语能力。

MS-Office, Excel, SAP knowledge.具备MS-Office, Excel, SAP知识。

Good knowledge of hydraulic parts and domestic suppliers will be a plus 优先考虑熟悉液压零件及国内供应商者

Willingness to travel.  能够适应长时间出差
