This exciting role offers opportunity to: Supplier quality performance life management on Eaton brand labeling and OEM Sub-con. monitor and forecast supplier DPPM, DMR to ensure supplier quality performance meet the PP, supplier quality cost /incidence recovery, quality improvement to compatible to Eaton supplier excellence requirement and customer specific requirement. Lead for supplier quality improvement & initiative project & programs on key suppliers & trouble suppliers. Trouble supplier management program to drive supplier quality upgrade, supplier quality improvement using all kinds of Quality tools to drive key supplier quality performance upgrade to meet the business requirement. Involve in supplier dual source and localization project as quality functional to support the improvement of SCM resilience capability. Supplier Assessment and development including program tools of SSA, First visiting, supplier workshop. using SSA, VDA etc. tools to assess supplier maturity and potential could be a AVL, APQP, PPAP tools to develop the supplier quality assurance upgrade. Supplier Change management and supplier quality risk management (pro-active & Re-active) Lead and coordinate All supplier raised change request to mitigate the risk impact before putting into Eaton production and delivery to customer. Risk base-thinking and risk management tools deployment, implementation in supplier quality area. Digitalization acceleration on supplier quality management area and process. Develop the digitalization tools to support the supplier quality management process & system more efficiency, effective and forecast. Supplier partnerships development maintained and Eaton supplier chain strategic deployment in supplier quality management area. Improve the supplier engagement with Eaton business requirement through workshop, supplier award program, supplier development program, supplier QPA, Supplier communication tools. Eaton supplier chain strategic deployment in key supplier and partnership. Build a strong capability, skill & knowledgeable, resilience supplier quality management functional team to support the Business requirement. Build the organization capability to build up the strong ELX supplier quality management team through DP, stretch assignment, seminar, workshop, Between & Post sales Quality service to customer regarding on Eaton Brand labeling and OEM sub-con products. Using problem solving tools to support before sales service (Customer audit, survey, qualify on Eaton brand labeling supplier) & post sales customer quality service, interface represent Eaton with customer regarding Eaton brand labeling product. Deploy customer specific requirement and market segment special requirement in the related supplier base to improve the Customer loyal and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or plus in electrical /electronic Engineering or related technical field. PMP (Project management professional) certified, or MBA graduated will be a plus. At least 5+ years working experience in supplier quality development & management in automotive supplier quality or automotive supplier chain. Strong Knowledge of automotive Quality tools, process, system. Strong problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of electronics component product function & manufacturing process. Including process of packaging, molding, stamping, plating, die cutting. Strong team player with good knowledge in supplier management skills Self-driven, result, and process oriented. Motivated to work effectively without direct supervision. Understanding of QSM and Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma belt status a plus, ASQ certified Supplier quality management is a plus. Familiar and using Automotive grade quality tools to assess, management, improvement, engage the supplier base. Fluent English speaking and writing Familiar of Minitab tools, Microsoft office and vision. Strong leadership skills and capability. Yes!
