This exciting role offers opportunity to: Co-work with sourcing, product manager, engineering and plant quality team for supplier quality. Work with supplier in new project development phase to ensure product meet Eaton specification, safety and compliance requirements. To lead APQP activities to drive supplier's deliverables According to quality goals and key supplier metrics, follow the process in driving supplier continual improvement To lead quality problem solving with supplier, ensure solid root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. Perform audits, supplier manufacturing process validation, to ensure successful launch of product in accordance with Eaton requirements Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar discipline 5+ years’ experience in supplier quality management. Experience in supplier quality management. Proficient use of quality tools such as FMEA, CP, MSA/GR&R, FAI, Cpk/SPC, PPAP Solid understanding of problem solving tools like 5-Why, 8D Knowledge in ISO 9001 requirements and auditing experience Familiar with UPS and related product and EE component /PCB/Battery Build strong internal and external relationship Proactive and have a say from quality perspective, but also collaborative on a team Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills Yes!
