Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Suppliers Performance management activities, include DMR, DPPM, Raw Material Incidence New supplier qualification and supplier development. Annual SSA/QPA Audit. Provide Supplier management tools training and mentoring to the suppliers, it includes SSA, QPA, PPAP, EQMS and SEM Works in cross-functional teams including the supplier and plants to drive continuous improvement. Deploys common and standardized approaches throughout the division to drive supplier performance result and improvement. Works as SQE champion with PROLaunch NPD/STP to conduct supplier PPAPs. Performs collecting and reporting of supplier performance metrics including monitoring, trending, and analysis. Evaluates results and creates improvement strategies and action plans to close gaps and achieve organizational goals. Focus suppliers’ performance management and improvement. Supplier Problem solving. Qualifications Qualifications: College or university degree in Engineering or related technical field. At least 5 years working experience in supplier quality management within manufacturing industry. Master advanced Inspection & Testing skills, good at Product/process quality planning. Practical knowledge of quality tools including statistical methods used to analyze and control process, variations, capability studies, Gage R&R’s, Control Planning and PFMEA. Hands on experience with supplier APQP and PPAP process. Knowledge of manufacturing of commodity responsible for. Skilled in supplier audit. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrates a Collaborative Style. Demonstrate understanding of CQE body of knowledge. Result driven and get thing done. Efficient and transparent.
