Job Responsibilities:

? Manage supplier quality and outgoing source inspection

? Participate the engineering trial for new product development

? Develop inspection methodology, guidelines and sampling plan for finished product inspection control

? Monitor suppliers' performance with score card system and drive for the suppliers' corrective actions and continuous improvement

? Audit & follow up the suppliers' corrective actions on site when necessary

? Coordinate with external lab for various functional and compliance testing

? Conduct qualification/validation testing for the company’s products (including stroller, car seat, medical device/breast pumps, baby products, toys and soft line items), inspection and trouble shooting, communicate with production line member, provide technical support for other internal parties, writing reports and findings

Job Requirements:

Major in any quality/engineering/science background of college or bachelor degree

? 5+ years' relevant experience in the quality engineering field, prefer to have manufacturing background

? Familiar with quality management standards like ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and FDA regulation.

? Understanding in material manufacturing process like injection molding, metal stamping or PCBA

? Must have technical working experience in SPC, FEMA, MSA, GMP, control plan and process control etc

? Working experience in medical products, Baby /Juvenile products, toys industry will be advantage

? Familiar with CPSIA requirement, ASTM standards and JPMA certification

? Good interpersonal skills and honest, willing to take responsibility and follow the company rule and culture

? Proficient in Microsoft office like Word, Excel & Powerpoint

? Excellent in both written and oral English

? Frequent travelling and work after hours are required

? Assist inspection during peak season
