#### Position Description:


Position Description: Responsible for implementing, managing and ensuring
manufacturing and production processes with designed quality standard in whole
product lifecycle in global ODM/EMS factories. Design global methods,
procedures and standard for inspection and testing to ensure robust quality
control in supply chain including incoming material, in-process control, KD
delivery, finished goods delivery and RMA. Perform analysis of Global ODM/EMS
reports, KPI data, EWG, customer claims and consumers’ feedback, and lead
continuous improvement. Execute periodic quality audit and drive ODM/EMS
improvement to meet Lenovo quality requirement.
● Manage ODM products from manufacturing perspective in product lifecycle.
● Define manufacturing quality guidance for ODM product, collaborate with
relevant ODM/EMS to manage manufacturing quality issues, and lead improvement
solution.
● Lead manufacturing quality improvement projects.
● Enable and evaluate ODM with systematic audit and drive its improvement to
meet requirements.
● Oversea EMS quality management and lead ODM product transfer to global EMS
sites.
● Regularly review ODM and EMS quality KPI and drive continuous improvement
actions.
● Drive PE to assure key part (defined by PE) quality after SLE and drive ODM
to manage other material quality as internal E2E owner;
● Manage ORT test, and drive ODMs to solve ORT issue effectively and lockdown
corrective action quickly.
● Manage KD material and module quality, lead to handle KD material quality
issue with overseas EMS site quality, make final judgement for RMA
responsibility.
● Support EWG and be responsible for manufacturing issue closure on time.

#### Position Requirements:


•       Min Bachelor Degree in any Engineering disciplines.
•       At least 7 years working experience in manufactory.  IE engineer,
process engineer or quality engineer background is preferred.
•       Project management experience in manufacture, PMP certification is
preferred .
•       Good Statistical knowledge with analytical and problem solving skills.
6 sigma GB or BB is preferred.
•       Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concept and theories.
•       Good PC skills on MS office SW.
•       Fluent in both Chinese & English (both in spoken and written).
•       Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Possess good
report writing and presentation skills.
•       Could Make decision and take risk in change environment.
