職務內容：
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all manufacturing engineering and quality functions for a program, serving as project manager to lead efforts at supplier locations
- Identify and implement effective process and quality control systems to support the development, qualification, and on-going manufacturing of IOT products
- Partner with cross functional teams to evaluate processes at concept phase and set expectations for manufacturing processes with the JDMs.
- Implement corrective actions (8D/CAPA) with cross-functional team members and the JDMs.
- Implemented IQC, OQC, IPQC, REL and ORT.
- Drive DOEs to improve manufacturing processes or qualify design iterations.

需求條件：
- 5 years Manufacturing Quality Program Management
- Bachelors in Engineering (MS preferred)
- Job is based in Taiwan. Travel to China (up to 20%)
- Manufacturing or supplier management experience (both JDM and CM models)
- Working knowledge of DOE, SPC and manufacturing process engineering. DFM a plus.
- Understands SMT, Dip and FATP
- Expert knowledge of tester qualification (GR&R, ANOVA)
- Experience working in high volume manufacturing.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills required
