Role Summary: Drive quality for assigned suppliers, including quality plan implementation. Select suppliers through qualification processes. Own supplier results, drive improvements utilizing supplier scorecards. Own supplier audits, ensuring compliance, and driving improvement plans where needed. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures to enable sourcing execution.
Essential Responsibilities: Be able to analysis the drawing, process of machining manufacturing.

• Very familiar with machining process and have the ability to optimize the supplier procedures.
• Supplier development: Plan and execute supplier development projects in accordance with the units and PL requirements in order to provide the needed supply capacity and quality through competent and high performance world-class supplier.
• Supplier performance improvement: Analyze the supplier indicators to ensure the efficiency of improvement actions.
• Coordinate with Sourcing, R&D and Logistic, on the information flow sharing about the supplier data in regards to performance, audit, sample homologation plan, NC handling.
• External relations: create, develop and maintain business relations and effective communication with European units, in order to benefit from their support.

Qualifications/Requirements: • bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

• 5+ years’ experience in mechanical; For example: casting / welding / machining (Production or Quality).
• 3+ years’ experience as SQE.
