Main responsibilities:
Recruit, coach and mentor SQE team (about 10), drive continuous improvement activities, set KPI for each member, improve SQE team’s quality level
Develop supplier quality evaluation system, and help the suppliers to solve quality problem, and improve their quality standard, quality system, etc
Handle quality complaints, when it involve in suppliers parts.
Main requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in (EE, ME, QE) or related field, with at least 5 to 10 years Supplier Quality /management experience in manufacturing environment. Candidates from medical industry is a plus
Familiar with quality system ISO 9001, ISO13485,FDA audit, etc
Wide knowledge on PCBA, plastics components process is a must
Good communication and writing skills in both English and Mandarin. Candidates from a diversified working environment is a plus
