職務說明

1.Lead supplier development strategy. 2.Work with Engineering team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements. 3.Support new product introduction to ensure suppliers are capable of delivering to the required quality standards. 4.Manage the root cause analysis and corrective actions process of supplier quality issues. 5.Review and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain. 6.Conduct ISO certified audit and familiar with ISO 9001 quality system.

理想的應徵者

1.7+ years experience of working in Quality Assurance hands on experience in SMT, final assembly and injection molding processes. 2.Six Sigma/Lean skills (Preferred) 3.Need to travel frequently and good at speaking English. 4.Better with consumer product experience.
