Job Responsibilities Ensure that critical supplier issues affecting manufacturing operations are resolved in a timely manner, and corrective actions implemented properly. Ensure that Receiving Inspection, RTV, SCAR, MRB, and customer returns related to supplier issues data is captured correctly and available to users. Ensure ongoing site supplier evaluation is performed, supplier performance reported internally, to the supplier and to the customer if applicable. Establish with Supplier Quality Engineers the appropriate Inspection Plans and Inspection Methods for Receiving Inspection function. Provide technical support to SCM personnel on supplier evaluation and selection. Support customer business needs using standard process where possible and customized solution where necessary. Resopnse the new parts approval supplier PPAP and FAI Process . Periodic supplier rating & assessment. Monitor and report suppliers’ quality performance. supporting supplier continuous improvement as quality, process capability, delivery. Using SAP QM and WISPER system to management suppliers case and performance. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required, advanced degree preferred 8 years+ experience in Auto or Electrical industry for supplier quality field. 5 year + people management experience Driving for results and Decision Marking Leadership and people management skill Demonstrated supplier management skills, Decision maker and risk assessment Quality tools mastering: 8D/KT/6 Sigma/MSA/SPC etc and good quality problem solving skills good communication and coordination skills with cross functional team Listening, patience and conflict management Perseverance and drive result skill We make what matters work.
