1. 配合PUE和PUQ5X进行新供应商开发以及新物料验证/放行；
   Cooperate with PUE and PUQ5X to develop new supplier as well as new material verification / release;
2. 创建来料检验计划，包含检验资源和培训检验员；
   Create inspection plan of incoming material, including inspection resource and provide training to inspectors;
3. 管理供应商质量表现，达成PPM/IPM目标，主动识别持续改善机会；
   Manage supplier quality performance to reach the targets of PPM & IPM. Actively identify opportunity for continual improvement;
4. 管控来料质量，确保生产/客户不受到不良物料的影响；
   Control incoming material quality to ensure production/customer not affected by nonconforming material;
5. 依照NCR处理流程，推动供应商改善，跟进供应商围堵和纠正预防措施的有效性；
   Drive supplier improvement through NCR handling process, follow up the effectiveness of containment & preventive actions by supplier; 
6. 主导供应商改善因原材料质量问题引起的客户客诉；
   Lead the supplier improvement with customer claims caused by material quality issues;
7. 对供应商原因导致的失效成本进行索赔、跟踪。
   Claim for compensation, track the failure cost caused by suppliers.

1. 本科以上学历，工程或相关专业背景；
   Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or related technical background;
2. 5年以上制造型企业供应商品质管理或相关工作经验；
   At least 5 years working experience in supplier quality management or related in manufacturing companies;
3. 熟悉ISO9000或IATF16949，VDA6.3标准及相关质量工具(PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, CP…)；
   Familiar with ISO9000 or IATF16949, VDA6.3 and quality tools (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, control plan, etc.);
4. 较强问题解决能力(如PS, 8D, 5 WHY...)，良好数据统计和分析能力；
   Strong problem solving skills (such as PS, 8D, 5 why…) and be good at data statistic and analysis;
5. 具备基本的电子、机械知识；
   Basic technical knowledge in electronics and mechanics;
6. 良好的沟通技巧和团队工作精神，有跨国团队工作经验者尤佳；
   Good communication skill and team work spirit, multinational team work experience is preferred;
7. 流利的英语听读写能力，同时会德语尤佳。
   Fluent English language skills, German language at the same time would be preferred.
