Who You’ll Work With:
At Lenovo, we manufacture one of the world’s widest portfolios of connected
products, including PCs (ThinkPad, Yoga, Lenovo Legion), tablets, smartphones
and workstations as well as augmented and virtual reality (Mirage,
ThinkReality) and smart home/office solutions, software and services. Lenovo’s

What You’ll Do:
You’ll work within Lenovo Product Security Office to execute the Trusted
Supplier Audit Program and on activities related to supply chain security
audit. You will work with Procurement Sourcing Professionals, supplier quality
team, product development teams within Lenovo to complete Trusted Supplier
Security Audit.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Regional travel up to 25% required (as travel restrictions permit).
• Preparing suppliers for Trusted Supplier Program auditing.
• Facilitating supplier audits.
• Auditing suppliers’ cybersecurity and product development security controls.
• Reviewing audit results and assessing supplier security risk.
• Tracking audit findings to closure.
• Tracking and reporting audit activities.
• Assisting the Trusted Supplier Audit Program Manager to create weekly and
monthly reports.
• Working with the Trusted Supplier Program Manager to continuously improve
program processes, tools, and execution.
• Project work related to supply chain security improvement activities, as
needed.
#### Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience working in a commercial and technical environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Supplier Program Management or procurement.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Good understanding of security controls – policy, program, and process – as
they relate to product security and information security practices.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity threats, countermeasures, and issues.
• Experience working with outside agencies such as Suppliers or Customers.
• Strong written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of task ownership, and persistence to execute processes from
beginning to end.
• Ability to successfully work across regions and functions to solve problems
and get things done.
• Capable with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other Office tools for managing
data and reporting results.
• Understanding of the Lenovo culture and organizational structure.
