• Create processes and methods to gather Supply Chain data

• Collects data to identify root cause of problems, measures performance against process requirements and aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.

• Plan and Implement Supply Chain Optimization projects

• Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective solutions

• Leverage functionality of the available data systems, including SAP, LB Shell, the Management Reporting System and other available data sources to drive low cost operations and process improvement.

• Link and coordinate process improvement and planning work with Global and other Asian counterparts to ensure consistent process convergence and best practice sharing where appropriate.

• Researches, surveys, and analyzes best practices for new techniques and processes to improve business performance.

• Ensure new processes are documented, business ownership with associated change management defined for roll out to business community before project ‘Live’ implementation.

• Create supply chain reports using SQL, VBA etc.

  Basic Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, statistics or business Analytics

• 2 years’ experience in process optimization work, Supply Chain IT solutions and productivity projects preferred

• Demonstrated analytical, research, and reporting skills; good data mining skills

• Strong project management skills, proven record of delivery against deadlines

• Experience with prototyping and developing software in programming languages (Java or or Python + R or Perl) is a must.

• Good knowledge and experience in AI & Machine-learning, Big-Data techniques and technologies

• Strong in Access Database, VBA script, Structured Query Language (SQL) analysis tools

• Knowledge in mainstream ERP (SAP), supply chain / logistics management software package

• CPIM certified will be added advantage
