Intel is seeking Supply Chain Analysts to transform the user experience for all Intel shoppers as they purchase business goods and services.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of system experts within Intel's Procurement Operations and Procurement to Pay (P2P) space and will support the global deployment of a new purchasing platform. As part of a Customer Support center of excellence, you will interface directly with system users to identify pain-points, provide solutions, and roll-up feedback to the program and design teams.

The Supply Chain Analyst (P2P) will be responsible for but not limited to:- Supporting direct customer requests and inquiries around PO and Invoice platform usage.

- Becoming a system expert who can diagnose customer pain points and recommend solutions.

- Developing a deep understanding of Sourcing strategies, Procurement policies, and new system capabilities and how these influence shopper behavior and experience.

- Identifying and recommending continuous improvement opportunities to enhance user experiences, including improvements to system capabilities or training documentation.

- Contributing to system documentation, training and communications.

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field of study.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or similar fields.
- Intermediate to Advanced English communication.
- This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Procurement to Pay (P2P) operations, Finance operations, or global customer support a significant plus.
- Familiarity with SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar purchasing platform.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
