The EMEA Logistics Operation is looking for an experienced Customer Logistics Specialist. This position will report to the EMEA Logistics Operation Manager. The successful candidate must have the skills to execute at both a tactical and strategic level in support of supply chain logistics organizational objectives.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to
 

·         Serve as a customer internal advocate towards Intel Global Logistics Organization

·         Ensure logistics performance to committed service levels and metrics

·         Build and maintain strong relationship with the Business management team within Sales organization

·         Understand how the customer is supplied from End to End; know logistics flow and logistics partners throughout the SC.

·         Understand customer and market insights and ensure Intel logistics menu of services efficiently responds to these changes

·         Represent customer needs in carriers bids and transitions and ensure they are integrated into the requirements gathering

·         Use data visualizations to identify trends and improvements required. Translate insights into actions via leadership and participation in project teams.

·         Manage Quarter-end biz process which covers volume expectation, revenue, capacity, linearity, etc. Translate biz picture into an actionable plan for ops and transportation to ensure 3PL readiness

·         Work as an individual contributor and or on project teams with other Department Analysts, and Project Managers.

·         Ensure Continuous Improvement in pursuit of OpX.

·         Identify process improvements based on thorough understanding of the business processes and supply chain dependencies.

·         SCAs communicate, explain, and clarify issues with the customer/business groups/divisions, and translate business requirements.

·         Some SCAs perform specialized tasks in addition to their core job responsibilities, such as consulting on tools, systems, quality and controls, services, or processes; provide input to system/process design; and/or provide content knowledge support and troubleshooting.

·         SCAs may work on several projects and or programs simultaneously, managing multi stakeholders, conduct budget and or headcount planning, business forecasting, constraint analysis, inventory analysis, Plan/POR, benchmarking and departmental indicators.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
 

• Relevant Degree in Supply Chain management
• 3 years relevant working experience

Preferred Skills
 

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and network
• Strong project management skills
• Excel mastery and proficient user of PowerBI;
• Strong written and verbal communication and good presentation skills.
• Finance Acumen
• MS Office applications
