Eaton is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst intern (4-month) to join our dynamic Supply Chain Management team based in our Toronto facility in Ontario for the summer term of 2023. Position Overview: Supply Chain is a well-established and quickly-evolving area of expertise that drives all aspects of our manufacturing business. The successful candidate will provide continuing support for specific SCM initiatives across the business. You will take part in developing, analyzing, and executing tasks within the Eaton Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) system. Tasks you will support include communicating procurement requirements to vendors, coordinating operational demands within the operation, and maintaining an acceptable internal level of inventory to support marketing forecasts and supply chain demands. You will be actively engaged in a wide variety of Eaton Business System & Supply Chain processes. This will be an excellent work experience for anyone pursuing a professional career in Supply Chain Management. Qualifications Basic Qualifications (including educational requirements): Actively enrolled in Post-secondary Degree or Diploma specializing in Business, Supply Chain or Materials Management or similar field, and returning to school in the Fall of 2023 or a recent graduate. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future. No Relocation Provided Preferred qualifications: Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment an asset.
