Eaton’s Power Systems Division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. The supply chain continuous improvement manager will be responsible for planning, developing, directing, and coordinating the supply chain function continuous improvement strategy, which includes deployment, training and mentoring Power Systems facilities on the Eaton Lean System, Operations Assessment (OpA) and Continuous Improvement (CIF) integration. In this role, you will: Recommend, develop, and manage plans to improve materials management, logistics and procurement processes and results, Utilizing Eaton Business System (EBS). Lead Supply Chain Business Process Improvement activities ( Rapid Improvement Events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S+, Boot Camps etc.). Monitors and tracks performance improvement related to activities and implements process checks to ensure sustained performance. Work with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Finance and Operations to ensure division end-to-end operational goals are met/exceeded. Work closely with Division Continous Improvement team to develop a roadmap for functional maturity in OpA & EBS. Support plant supply chain mangers in completing Eaton Business Excellence Assessment (EBEA) and Operations Assessment (OpA) related activities. Lead select/critical On-time delivery, Inventory Optimization and Materials/ SAP Excellence projects for division, distribution center and manufacturing facilities. Lead Division Lean Material Flow (ELSS) journey, working with plant OpEx and Supply Chain Managers to develop a pipeline of LTL and LTE certified individuals at the division and manufcaturing facility level. Reviews and audits manufacturing facility supply chain processes to ensure process improvements completed and assessed in functional assessments are maintained. Develop training, standard work and work instructions for various supply chain roles, ensuring development of SAP expertise in new and existing SCM employees. Benchmark and shares best practices with other Eaton divisions. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution A minimum of eight (8) years of work experience in a manufacturing or operations environment. A minimum of three (3) years of work experience with SAP A minimum of five (5) years of work experience in Supply Chain role A minimum of five (5) years managing people or project team Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited institution.
