Reporting to Manufacturing Controller, the Supply Chain Controller is a key member of the regional finance team, with a primary focus on Supply Chain & Capex controlling activities and serving as a proactive & effective business partner to the internal clients Your key deliverables : Be responsible for the standard VG EMEA SCM reporting activities, making sure they’re are performed timely and accurately Provide financial leadership to business decisions about SCM cost-out projects, maintaining dedicated reporting tools and coordinating the communications among plants & central functions Lead the regional reporting about Capital spending and - when applicable - participate to the CAR process review (Capital Authorization Request) Be an active contributor to improve the forecast accuracy for the entire Region Promote and strengthen standardization of processes, along with the management review process in the plants. Drive effective communication to stakeholders, with appropriate ad-hoc reports and analyses issued timely and accurately. Support site specific projects including standardization and leaning of processes Qualifications Do you have / Are you? Required: BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration 3-7 years experience in Finance preferred in large multi-national manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures. Financial Background and SOX Strong analytical skills Fluent in English Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skill set, effective at all levels of the organization and able to influence and challenge the decision process Desired: High level of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint Effective communication skills, able to adapt approach when needed Process & continuous improvement oriented Digital mindset Then we want to hear about you!
