Job Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for inventory and 3PL management to support our business growth in Hong Kong & China.

  • Handle order processing, incoming product/sales enquiries, complaints from channel and direct sales customers
  • Assist Supply Chain Manager for stock keeping and inventory control management
  • Consolidate data for planning, analysis and forecast
  • Handle L/C, full sets of import/export shipping documents and other works related to shipping operations
  • Manage and resolve daily issues about supply chain processes including transportation, imports/exports and customs clearance especially in China
  • Monitor logistics and shipping schedules to ensure all shipments are delivered within timeline

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years related working experience in order processing
  • Good command of spoken/written English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in using SAP system would be an advantage
  • Experience in shipping, trading and handling of import/export document and L/C
  • Immediate available is preferred
