As a Supply Chain Digitalization Intern you will be responsible for: Procurement Digitalization Project · Review and suggest optimization of current Excel Based workbook Procurement Savings Tracker Determine opportunities to automate and provide dashboard for Procurement Saving Tracker using most current data management and analytical tools (KNIMES, Power BI, Python,) Run Bills of Materials (BOM) simulations models to help procurement identify suppliers and cost reductions opportunities. Evaluate software tools that will allow procurement to access multiple spare parts Bill of Materials (BOM) and export information to a database for use of use. · Determine opportunities to manage CS AM Procurement Key Performance Indicators (KPI) data and dashboard. · Determine how to create standard reports and queries needed by CS AM Procurement Commodity Managers · Learn tools used by LD factory to consolidate Bills of Material (BoM) This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers You have completed studies in the field of Supply Chain Management and/or Computer Science and Systems Engineering or have several years of relevant Supply Chain Management strategy and design experience You have good PC skills (MS Office software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions Scheduling flexibility to accommodate virtual international meetings is expected You can operate successfully in a fast-paced organization and meet project timelines You have very good presentation skills in the executive leadership environment, and you show team orientation, communication skills, and customer orientation Required skills to have for the success of this role Bachelor’s degree and prior educational experience in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science and / or Industrial and Systems Engineering Currently enrolled in Master’s program focused on Supply Chain Management, Computer Science and / or Industrial and Systems Engineering Willing to collaborate with and present to international and executive leadership Preferred 3.0 GPA Currently enrolled in a degree program Start Date: February 2023 At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
