• Job Description：
  This job is to support the end to end supply chain demand management while optimizing the cost for the company with best customer satisfaction for customers/accounts, sites in Global Operation Asia. And this job will be responsible for defining the standard process, work flow and prepare training package for related KOIs, provide governance, supports and hands on training for Asia sites. This job will need to work with the global business team to ensure a healthy & growth in terms of financial performance for top customers in Global Operation Asia.
  
  Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
  
  1.People Management
  2.Distribution, manage business for Global Operation Asia perimeter
  3.Being business leader from Asia to work with Global Account team, segment or other cross functions to strategize the end to end demand management process align with business dynamics to support the business growth
  4.Ensure accounts running in Global Operation Asia financially grow in a healthy trend
  5.Provide governance, supports and hands on training for Asia sites on key KOIs
  6.Implement robust methodology and reviews with demand planners, account managers, internal and external of the Global Operation Asia Team, support communications, follow up and overall strategy demand strategy together with the upstream plants
  7.Drive a culture of performance (dashboard, KOI management, automation, …)
  
  Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
  
  1.Minimum 10 years working experiences with large team management in proven 2.challenging and complex environment
  3.Strong supply chain understanding/experiences
  4.Rich project/program management experiences
  5.Good team player
