Responsibilities:

• Handle customer accounts independently
• Full Process of order fulfillment (quotation, sample, order entry, follow up production status/certification of product/factory audit/inspection, shipment, payments, etc.)
• Work closely with overseas sales/sales offices for customers’ orders, issues, forecast, etc.
• Reporting/Sales Forecast
• Any ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or related diploma/certificate in supply chain management, operations, Business Management
• 2+ years’ experience in supply chain/Sales support/order fulfillment
• Relevant working experience in trading or buying office for overseas customers
• Knowledge of SAP
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Independent, team player, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
• Good analytical skill
• Good communication skills with cross-functional departments at all levels within the organization
• Good command of spoken and written English
