Job Descriptions:

• Manage and analyze eCommerce operations of Global markets including order processing, demand planning and forecasting, suppliers’ management and logistics arrangement
• Monitor key performance metrics, identify and communicate potential problems
• Liaises with internal and external customers such as Sales & Marketing, Customer Services team and various suppliers to improve and maximize supply chain performance
• Prepare KPI reports, analyze and solve customer services’ quality and shipment issue effectively and efficiently
• Assist Manager to manage the remote virtual supporting team if necessary
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or other related disciplines
• At least 1-year relevant experience, preferably in E-commerce / logistics / supply chain industry 
• Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel
• Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize work in fast-paced work environment
• Detail-oriented, strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
