1. Supplier Delivery Development

1.1 For any new program or new supplier, to provide launch support including SEA (Supplier Eligibility Assessment for new suppliers), Supplier readiness check (for new locations or new projects), visit to critical suppliers, sample parts shipping coordination.

1.2 Provide Training to suppliers: Supply Chain Training to new suppliers (or new supplier staff) to ensure suppliers are capable to use Corporate systems and aware of requirements and get ready for the new business. Lead SCM training session in the Supplier Training Week in APAC.

1.3 Supplier Delivery Performance management for the suppliers with manufacturing location within APAC.

2. Supplier Delivery Operation

2.1 Check component weekly ordering/releasing from Global Plants and follow up with Suppliers' ship plan, to protect plants production. Act as focal point, address SCM related issues raised by SQE, Suppliers or destination plants. Parts shipping arrangement during Plant holiday / APAC holiday.

2.2 Act as window contact between North American and Europe Plants /Forwarder/APAC Suppliers, daily support on communications, especially due to language barrier, culture and time zone difference.

3. Supplier Delivery Risk Management

3.1 Manage and track urgent shipments by coordinating destination plants, freight forwarders and suppliers for freight quotation, booking, pickup, etc.

3.2 As APAC representative, lead investigation with suppliers (including sub-tier supplier) to Emergency Response (ERT) cases which is caused by natural disaster or other accidents and have impact on plants’ parts supply.

Education:

Bachelor Degree at least (Supply Chain Management, or Management)

Skills & Experience:

1. One year working experience in supply chain or purchasing; automotive parts/components experience desirable.

2. Good knowledge of MRP logic, such as SAP or other ERP system knowledge.

3. Good knowledge of International trade & transportation.

4. Excellent skill of MS-Excel.

5. Fluent English – writing and speaking. Regular meetings with other regions (North America and Europe) are needed.

6. Strong sense of responsibility, and sense of urgency, always drive for best-in-class, open minded for intercultural experience.
