As a SCM Specialist Professional, you will be responsible for: Execute transaction requests within SAP P41. Examples requests include; perform PGI on sales order delivery, perform GR on PO or Return PO, perform an inventory adjustment, up-date Batch data… Most requests are executed to correct a failure that occurred upstream in the logistics process. Each request requires appropriate amount of analysis to ensure that actions taken result in desired outcome and support high levels of inventory accuracy. Monitor SAP workflow and investigate and correct IDOC failures between SAP P41 and 3PL system ensuring accuracy of inventory and invoicing functions. Monitor, investigate, correct, and eliminate causes of inventory differences between SAP P41 and 3PL system. Monitor and reconcile replenishment orders between the WDC and FSL. Monitor and manage FSL materials approaching their expiration date. Manage the scrapping of inventory as requested. Work with Global Shared Services, local Export Compliance, and BU to satisfy information requests made by Custom and FDA officials to ensure the timely clearance of imports/exports. Partnering with Third Party Logistics (3PL) provider Ensuring timely accurate flow and storage of service parts for all HeathCare Business Lines. Interacting with all functions within CS ML, functions within CX US, our 3PL, GSS, and at times the Business Area. Required skills to have for the success of this role BS in Business or Logistics and/or equivalent logistics related work experience within an inventory control or warehouse environment Extensive and demonstrated knowledge of SAP modules that support Logistical Operations. The length of time you have worked with SAP is not as important as the depth of your knowledge. Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and/or Access with the ability to quickly organize, analyze, and action large sets of data.
