Job Description

Responsibility:

A. Responsible of handling internal & external purchasing orders (products, components) and manage the in between logistics
B. Monitor and manage delivery time with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
C. Maintain material master data, purchasing info and order planning etc. in SAP
D. Harmonize the “Order to Cash” process of the site by following the indications of the Global Supply Chain to meet monthly/annual target
E. Regular review on SKU reduction, SMI reduction, PO frequency
F. Implementation and deliver relevant indicators to optimize the performance of the supply Chain
G. Cooperate with finance dept. for payment to suppliers
H. Communicate with warehouse for handling incoming orders
I. Supplier information management including price, delivery time and associated KPIs


Qualification:

1. University degree, major in supply chain, purchasing, demand planning
2. 5 years working experience in commercial dept. service & detail orientated. Working experiences in import business is preferred
3. Proficient in computer skills and MS office applications
4. Requires strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
